  Kader Muzaqi, born 1985 in Prishtine, Kosovo, lives in Vienna . Studied at Fine Art Academy in Prishtina, presently Conceptual Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
'Emerging' is the name for the collection/series of his video-films, starting with the video 'Balkan is different' made in 2005 in Prishtina, where he made the position as a young artist coming from the Balkan country; the other films deal with the status of being an artist.
