CRANK (AUS) sind beeinflusst von Melodic Punk Bands wie SNUFF, NOFX, GREEN DAY und den HARD-ONS, deren Melodien sie mit härteren Soundsvermischen. Ausserdem waren sie die Band einer wöchentlich ausgestrahlten TV-Show und erreichten bei der Ausstrahlung auf dem USA Network Channel über 3 Millionen Zuschauer.
